We can cater for absolutely anything a customer requires. Absolute Event Catering is an established business that has been catering to the Irish public since 1998. We operate at over 200 events a year and have worked with leading concert promoters, event organisers and the RDS since 2000. In 2006 we had the honour of part catering for the prestigious Ryder Cup in the K Club.
We supply full or part catering for any indoor or outdoor event such as festivals, concerts and shows. We specialise in horse and country shows, sporting events, trade fairs, corporate events, promotions, weddings, birthday parties and all celebrations. We are also available for movie catering and craft services.

Our company provide a complete planning package. In doing this with association with our clients enables us to adhere to the specific needs for each event.
Onsite Catering / Catering Units
Absolute Event Catering own a large number of self-contained catering units. The units are maintained to the highest standard and offer catering from, Gourmet Hand Pressed Burgers, Crepes, Waffles, Freshly Ground Coffee, Traditional Fish Chips and Mushy Peas and the Oriental tastes.

Public Relations & Advertising
We work with a number of advertising partners, from Television, Social Media, Magazines and Newspapers. We also supply Public Relations package for each event, this we feel gives our customer the best possible results, in the promotion of your event.
Electrical Equipment
We supply and install all of their own generators and electrical cables. All of the electrical equipment is R.E.C.I. certified and for external use.
General Services
We provide public toilets, waste management, medical services, traffic management, health and safety plans and a comprehensive insurance package that indemnifies all relevant parties. We also work very closely with the H.S.E and the H.S.A.
Security
We also provide all relevant security needs, to ensure the safety of the general public and the traders participating at your event.
Event Management
We have successfully organised, managed and catered to some of the most prestigious events throughout Ireland since 2007. We manage over 200 events annually, our Partner Portfolio ranges from the Ladies Irish open, Skerries Road Race, Terenure Car show, RDS, Donnybroke Stadium, IRFU, Dymphna’s Equestrian Centre, Show Jumping Association Of Ireland, to mention but a few!

Our Team
In 2002 Lawrence won an entrepreneurship called the Shell Live Wire which is sponsored by Enterprise Ireland, Bank of Ireland, Shell and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Lawrence has over 15 years’ experience in Event Catering and Event Management Business. Lawrence has distinctions in Business Development Programs and Environmental Health & Safety Programs. In all Lawrence has an extensive knowledge within this industry and his experience and contact base is second to none.
Lawrence Parnis, (Managing Director)
Julie is Absolute Events communications manager. Julie deals with Scheduling, Planning, Timing & Sequence of Activities and project progress through Management & communications. Julie has a Diploma in Management and has worked with Business Coaching identifying new opportunities within the industry.
Julie Byrne, (Festival Administrator & Business Coach)
James is our Permanent health & safety officer who leases with all the relevant health and safety authorities. He has advanced knowledge of all the relevant requirements that is needed to run a successful event. James liaises with all the relevant Fire Officers, E.H.O officers, Garda Commissioners and H.S.A officers to make sure an event is run to their specifications.

Gavin is responsible for Gap Analysis and identifying the necessary procedure that need to be taken for the success of an event. Stakeholder Analysis: Plan stakeholder communication, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, After Action Review and Post Implementation Reviews.
